At Sultril, we know waiting is the least sexy part of online shopping. That’s why we move fast—and quietly.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days ($9.95 flat rate).
Orders placed before 1 PM PST Monday–Friday usually ship the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday (we also believe in rest).

Discreet Packaging (Always)

Plain brown box or mailer. Zero logos, zero hints.
Return address reads “SUL Home Goods” so your mail carrier stays clueless.
No packing slips screaming “LEATHER HARNESS INSIDE.” You’re welcome.

International Shipping
We’re working on world domination, but we’re not quite there yet. U.S. shipping only for now. Sign up for our newsletter if you want to be the first to know when we cross borders.
Tracking & Updates

You’ll get a tracking number the moment your package leaves our warehouse.
Texts > emails, so we’ll ping your phone (if you opt in). Stalk your package like it’s an ex who owes you money.

Delays & Acts of Chaos

Hurricanes, blizzards, or carrier meltdowns? We’ll email you faster than you can say “where’s my vibe?”
If it’s late, hit us up—we’ll make it right (extra goodies, refunds, whatever keeps the good vibes going).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once it’s marked “delivered,” it’s technically in your hot little hands (or your porch pirate’s).
File a claim with USPS/UPS if it vanishes. We’ll help, but we can’t replace stolen packages—sorry, capitalism.
