We get it—sometimes the fantasy looks better on a screen than in your mirror. That’s why we make returns as painless as a silk blindfold.

30-Night “Love It or Leave It” Guarantee

You have 30 nights from the delivery date to decide if it’s a keeper.

  • Worn it? Washed it? No judgment—just make sure it’s clean and in “like-new” condition with tags attached.
  • Toys & accessories: Sealed and unused only (hygiene reasons—we’re kinky, not gross).

How to Return

  1. Shoot us an email at hello@sultril.com with your order number and the words “take it back.”
  2. We’ll reply with a prepaid return label (U.S. only). Drop it in any USPS mailbox—no printer? We’ll text it.
  3. Once we get it back and give it a sniff test (kidding, mostly), we’ll refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Free Return Shipping

Yup, you read that right. Returns are on us. No restocking fees, no guilt trips.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color instead? Just tell us in the email—we’ll swap it for free (while supplies last).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Anything that’s been opened and isn’t resealable (lubricant, pasties, etc.).
  • Final-sale items (check the product page—they’re marked).

Damaged or Wrong Item?

That’s on us. Send a quick photo to hello@sultril.com and we’ll send a replacement or refund ASAP—no return needed.

Refunds

  • Back to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive the return.
  • You’ll see it in your account in up to 10 days, depending on your bank’s mood.
